PVC EDGEBANDING
Extrusion
The production of PVC edgebanding is done by combining PVC powder and other chemical components in powder form with a special formula, making them melt in extrusion machines at a certain temperature, cooling them in different thicknesses and widths and wrapping them in master rolls.
PVC edgebanding produced under the Real Dekor brand is produced with safe, high quality and certified raw materials that do not pose a threat to the environment and human health.
Lead and DOP based additives are not used at any stage of production.
The raw materials that we use at production makes the product resistant to impacts and ambient conditions, as well as to the environment and human health.

UV PRINTING
UV printing is a more durable and high quality printing compared to other printing methods. In UV printing, micro-sized dye particles process the product and print is obtained by drying with ultraviolet rays as soon as the dyes touch the product surface. Thanks to UV printing, the drying time of the paints is less than 1 second.
Due to its structure, UV paint is not affected by factors such as sun, dust, impact and does not fade.
Inks dried with UV rays after printing are not harmful to human health. Products produced with inks that do not emit gas can be used with peace of mind even indoors.
ADHESION
Primer, also known as adhesion reinforcements or chemical bridges, acts as an additional bonding layer between the material and the adhesive, increasing the bond strength. It is frequently used on surfaces where adhesive strength is insufficient or in applications where high resistance to moisture and heat is required.
In our production, JOWAT branded primers produced with superior German technology are used.
ONE TO ONE MATCHING
Both the colors and patterns in our stocks and the colors and patterns that you will require for special colormatching will match exactly with the colors and patterns of the relevant chipboard. More importantly, the production of the same colors and patterns in different thicknesses, and in order repetition, the result you will see is it will be the same as the previous one, within tolerances.
